Description
You inscribe a glowing sigil in a 15-foot cone that distorts the physical properties of creatures within it, anchoring them more firmly to reality. Each creature in the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 force damage and its speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn as the sigil transmutes their form to increase their mass and inertia. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and its speed is not reduced. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the force damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
