Mechanical effect

This ring is permanently attuned to Felix Stein and cannot be attuned by anyone else. While attuned, Felix's Charisma score increases by 2, to a maximum of 22. As an action, Felix can use the ring's power on a creature he can touch that is incapacitated, unconscious, or otherwise completely at his mercy and no longer actively in combat. The target dies instantly without a saving throw or the possibility of stabilization. When Felix kills a creature using this effect, he regains hit points equal to 1d10 + his Charisma modifier. This effect can be used any number of times per day and does not expend charges. The ring has no effect if used on creatures not defeated or rendered helpless. The ring does not function for any other user.

This item grants a strong but narratively focused power appropriate for a legendary ring. The Charisma bonus is capped at +2 to keep within legendary item limits. The instant death effect is limited to creatures already incapacitated and out of combat, preventing abuse in active fights and ensuring it serves as a narrative tool rather than a combat exploit. The healing on kill adds flavorful survivability without unbalancing gameplay. Attunement is required and restricted to Felix Stein to prevent misuse or party sharing.
